YWCA Elm Centre is an innovative residential community located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Currently under construction and expected to open in the summer of 2011, the Elm Centre will have 300 affordable apartments for single low-income women, women with children, women living with mental health and addiction issues and families of Aboriginal ancestry.

The funds raised at this years run will support the YWCA No Place Like Elm Campaign. Specifically, funds raised will be used to purchase athletic equipment for the work out and yoga rooms.
